Founded in 1999 by recruiters for recruiters, 
has been a pioneer right from the start. Our engineers used to be recruiters
and resume sourcers just like you and they all noticed one thing:
searching the Internet for resumes was very cumbersome and time-consuming.
There had to be a better way. Combining state-of-the-art
spidering technology and their personal understanding of the needs and wants of
recruiters and sourcers, they developed TalentHook. This innovative software
package quickly became the most sought
after recruiting tool in the world.
In 2003, we began
partnering with the pay boards and applicant tracking systems to make
TalentHook not just a powerful search tool, but a seamlessly integrated part of
the recruiter's toolset. Since 2002, we have added hundreds of new resources
and dynamic integration with 4 more applicant tracking systems.
Now…
We have grown over 100% in the last year alone, and have
locations in both Las Vegas, NV and California. Our growing staff is almost
entirely made up of former recruiters who understand your needs and
frustrations.
Future…
This year,
planned strategic partnerships with other organizations will also allow for some
impressive interfaces that will improve the way recruiters communicate with
clients and candidates. We're excited about what lies ahead, and we look
forward to being an important part of the future of recruiting and to taking
recruiting technology to a whole new level of integration and interactivity!
