Colleges – TalentHook scans the websites of over 100 colleges and universities--rich recruiting grounds for entry-level candidates, interns, and even experienced alumni. Free boards – TalentHook carefully searches dozen of free boards such as Craigslist, JobScout, and SearchEase. Pay boards – TalentHook searches dozens of subscription-only boards. If you have a subscription with a pay-board, TalentHook can search it for resumes (simultaneously with all your other sources). Flip Search – TalentHook’s powerful “flip-search” feature allows you to find candidates that currently work or have worked at companies or organizations. TalentHook has a built-in list of companies and organizations that can be flip-searched, and also allows you to add custom companies for flip-searching.   << Less  + Can TalentHook search pay-boards? Yes. TalentHook searches dozens of pay-boards. You can use TalentHook to simultaneously search all of the pay-boards (with which you have an account) and have all the results returned to one collective pool for easy screening—with duplicate resumes automatically removed! << Less  + How many resumes can I find using TalentHook? There are an estimated 100+ million resumes posted on the Internet. No. TalentHook does not post jobs; it is a resume searching tool that searches the Internet for active and passive candidates that match your criteria. << Less  + Is TalentHook an "applicant tracking system"? TalentHook is a resume searching tool that searches the Internet for active and passive candidates that match your criteria. While it is not designed to be an “applicant tracking system”, it does have a powerful tracking and organization system for helping you manage those candidates that are in limbo (not yet added to your ATS system). << Less  + Can I search International pay boards and free sites using TalentHook? TalentHook does not include international pay board or resume resources. All resources currently offered through TalentHook are used primarily to search for resumes of candidates in North America. << Less  + Can I access TalentHook while I am out of the country to source for candidates? Each TalentHook license is issued for use in North America. Users may not connect remotely to TalentHook from outside North America at any time. << Less Technical Questions...  + Will my data be stored on your servers or on my computer? Your data and search results are all stored privately on your own computer system. << Less  + How much room does it take on my hard drive? TalentHook itself takes under 100MB. The resume results are stored on your system so how much space they use depends on how many resumes you download. The resumes are generally pretty small, about 20MB per 1000 resumes. << Less  + Is TalentHook compatible with our current management/tracking system? Through our database export feature, we are compatible with virtually any ATS system or database. However, TalentHook seamlessly integrates with PCRecruiter, MaxHire, KnowledgeSphere, Icarian, SmartSearch. We are currently working with dozens of other ATS companies to develop integration and we will map new ATS systems free of charge for our users. << Less  + What databases does TalentHook export to? TalentHook can export to virtually any database system or software (any system that accepts comma or tab delimited formatting). << Less About Service and Support...  + How much does technical support cost? Nothing. Unlike many software companies these days, TalentHook provides technical support is free of charge to all our customers. << Less  + Can I get training to learn to use TalentHook? If so, what is the cost? Yes. Personal online training sessions with our professional software trainers are available--and are completely free to our customers. << Less  + Do you accept requests for additional job boards or websites? Yes. We even give you a way to submit resource requests directly from TalentHook.
