• TalentHook searches for resumes from a variety of sources:

  • Open web: search engines, spidering military, government and organization sites, ISP's and more
  • Colleges: colleges, universities and alumni sites
  • Free boards: Craigslist, JobScout, SearchEase and more
  • Pay boards: Subscription-only boards including: Monster, Careerbuilder, Hot Jobs, Dice and industry specific sites
  • Organization Search: Companies and organizations
  • ATS: select Applicant Tracking Systems will allow their users to search their existing database
  • Desktop: Outlook and Desktop search capability

• Yes. TalentHook searches dozens of pay-boards. You can use TalentHook to simultaneously search all of the pay-boards (with which you have an account).

• There are an estimated 100+ million resumes posted on the Internet. TalentHook allows you to search through these resumes, wherever they are (whether on pay boards, free boards, or the open web), and find only those resumes that match your search criteria.

• TalentHook is licensed on a subscription basis because it is continually updated to preserve searching effectiveness and compatibility. There are flexible pricing structures that are based on number of users, length of commitment, or pay as you go non-contractual agreements. • TalentHook searches over 1300 resumes sources, the most complete US list in the industry.

• No. TalentHook does not post jobs; our exclusive focus is resume search and retrieval.

• No. TalentHook is a resume searching solution that searches the Internet for active and passive candidates that match your criteria. While it is not designed to be an “applicant tracking system”, it does have a powerful tracking and organization system for helping you manage candidates in the short term. • TalentHook does not include international pay board or resume resources. All resources currently offered through TalentHook are used primarily to search for resumes of candidates in North America.

• Each TalentHook license is issued for use in North America (U.S. and Canada). Users may not use TalentHook from outside North America at any time.
