Main Application Screen

The main application window is divided into separate panes:

• Tree pane (in the left portion of your screen)
• List pane (in the right portion of your screen, and may be divided into two windows, the list and the details).

Split views (Candidate pane only)

When viewing candidate information, the data can be viewed in three separate ways:

• list only
• detail only
• list and detail

Use the view buttons to the right of the All Tasks button to select your preferred view.

Main organizational tree

TalentHook is designed to provide the user with a hierarchal structure to organize candidate search lists under specific jobs, managers and companies. See the section on creating jobs, managers and companies.

Organizational hierarchy

TalentHook hierarchy:

• Company - A company can have one or more managers.

  Note:

  Company can be changed to Department, Division, Group, Organization or other (see organization).
• Manager - A manager can have several jobs.
• Job - A job can have a Hotlist, a Worklist and several queries.
